Conditional general release approval was granted for stacked BGRR cotton on 13 October 2005.  This event is now authorised for the following purposes in SA: commercial planting, food, feed or processing.  Import and export permits are still required for transboundary movement of this event.  Please take note the simplified procedure for importation of this event.
